Description
La del Terreno 2016 is an unrepeatable wine from organic vineyards over 50 years old located in the Sierra de Lavia and Burete, within the framework of the DO Bullas, of a plot of 2.5 Ha located at 800 meters above sea level with sandy loam soils covered with a thick layer of granite gravel. All the viticulture work of Julia Casado is natural and careful: organic and manual cultivation, conduction in glass, dry land, manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, aging of 9 months in used French oak barrels and bottling without filtering or clarifying or added sulphites.
